This Privacy Policy explains how VelozAI (the “App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our mobile application, available on Google Play and the Apple App Store under the application identifier com.velozai.reface.image.video.

By downloading or using VelozAI, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Photos, images, and content you provide

VelozAI lets you create AI-generated images and videos. To do this, you may upload or select photos and images from your device, and provide text prompts. This content is processed to generate your results. We process this content only to provide the generation feature and related functionality you request.

• We access your photo library or camera only after you grant permission, and only to import the images you choose.
• Uploaded images and text prompts are transmitted to our processing servers and/or trusted AI processing providers to produce your output.
• Generated results may be temporarily stored to deliver them to you and may be saved to your device when you choose to save or share them.

1.3 Information we do not require

VelozAI does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, or phone number to use its core features. We do not knowingly collect government IDs, precise location, or financial account numbers.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide and operate the App, including generating images and videos from your input.
• To process and restore in-app purchases and subscriptions.
• To display advertising (including personalized ads where permitted) and measure ad performance.
• To analyze usage, measure marketing attribution, and improve features and performance.
• To send push notifications you have allowed (e.g., feature updates, offers). You can disable these in your device settings.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security, and technical issues.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Advertising & Your Choices

VelozAI is supported by advertising. Our ad partners may use your advertising identifier and limited data to serve and measure ads.

• iOS: We request permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency before any tracking for personalized ads. You can change this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Android: You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads, and opt out of personalized ads.
• Where required (e.g., the EEA/UK), we present a consent prompt (Google UMP/CMP) before serving personalized ads.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal photos or generated content. We share information only:

• With service providers and SDKs listed in Section 3, acting on our behalf.
• With AI/cloud processing providers solely to generate the content you request.
• To comply with law, legal process, or valid governmental requests.
• To protect the rights, safety, and property of VelozAI, our users, or the public.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

6. Data Retention

• Uploaded images and prompts are retained only as long as needed to generate and deliver your results, then deleted from active processing systems within a limited period.
• Analytics, advertising, and diagnostic data are retained according to each provider’s standard retention periods.
• Generated content you save is stored on your own device under your control.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (such as encryption in transit) to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

VelozAI is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing (e.g., under the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA).

• EEA/UK (GDPR): You may exercise data subject rights and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
• California (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of “sale”/“sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
